Everything is delivered remotely — discovery, design reviews, engineering and release. Time zones are handled with written updates, not with meetings for their own sake.
You keep the repository, the design files and the store accounts. There is nothing to unlock later and no dependency you did not agree to.
Work is scoped in writing before it begins, and every increment ends with a build you can install on your own device.

Mobinexa Apps collects only the information you share with us directly: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of the project you describe. We do not purchase contact data from third parties, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone.
The information you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a project proposal, and deliver the agreed work. It is retained for as long as the engagement requires and permanently deleted upon request — write to us at contact@mobinexaapps.com.
During a project we may handle data that belongs to your product or your users. That data remains entirely yours. We act only on your written instructions and never use it to train models, improve our own services, or promote Mobinexa Apps in any way.
All services — including iOS development, Android development, cross-platform apps, UI/UX design, API integration, testing, maintenance, and deployment assistance — are delivered fully remotely. Prices shown on this site are starting points in US dollars. The binding figure is the one confirmed in the written quote you approve before any work begins.
Work is structured in milestones. Each milestone specifies its deliverables clearly in writing, and a milestone is considered complete when those deliverables are handed over to you. Delays caused by pending client feedback, third-party approvals, or app store review processes will shift the schedule accordingly, with no penalty to either party.
Intellectual property in all delivered code, design files, and assets transfers to you in full once the corresponding invoice is settled. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content, credentials, API keys, and third-party accounts you provide to us during the project.
If you cancel your project before any work has started, your payment is refunded in full — no questions asked, no cancellation fee. You are free to change your mind at that stage without any financial consequence.
If you cancel partway through a milestone, we refund the portion of that milestone that has not yet been worked on. Milestones that have already been completed and delivered are not refundable, as the deliverables are already yours to use and own.
If a delivered milestone does not match its written scope, notify us within fourteen calendar days of delivery. We will correct the issue at no additional cost. If a correction is not feasible, we will refund the full amount paid for that milestone.
